Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If an item is damaged, or you have any concerns with your product(s), please email us a photo and a description of the concern within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to assist you as soon as possible. 

To make a return or exchange, please email us at orders@jameseditor.com within 14 days of receipt.

Products to be returned/exchanged must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. The customer is also responsible for any duties, customs or taxes involved with the return shipment. In the event of a refund, any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

To cancel an order, please email us at orders@jameseditor.com immediately as we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you wish to change the shipping address of your order, please email us at orders@jameseditor.com with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible. We’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out.

Kindly understand that we’re unable to make any changes to your order once it’s been shipped out, this goes for cancellation and address changes. Please reach out to us with all information regarding your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

Refunds

Once you have shipped your return back to us, it may take up to 2-3 weeks to receive your refund, as we need to confirm the receipt of product before processing any reimbursements. Please note any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once your refund has been processed you can expect a confirmation email detailing the transaction in the next 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please let us know and we will assist you as soon as we can.

Your refund will be issued in the original form of payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). You should see a transaction for the return posted on your card within 3 business days of the refund being processed.
